Reward Task Policy

Effective date: January 13, 2026 • Last updated: January 13, 2026

Last Updated: January 13, 2026

This Reward Task Policy explains how tasks, offers, and reward activities function within Reward Walrus (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy supplements our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and applies to all reward-related activities within the Service.

By participating in any task or reward activity, you agree to this policy.

How Rewards Work

Reward Walrus allows users to earn virtual rewards such as Coins by voluntarily completing tasks, offers, surveys, referrals, streaks, or promotional activities (“Tasks”).

Each Task:

  1. Displays specific instructions and eligibility requirements
  2. May require evidence of completion (such as screenshots or confirmation steps)
  3. Is subject to automated and/or manual verification

Rewards are not guaranteed and are credited only after successful verification.

Eligibility

To claim rewards, users must:

  1. Have a valid, verified account
  2. Meet all task-specific requirements
  3. Use only one account per individual

Creating or using multiple accounts to claim rewards is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our sole discretion.

Verification Process

We verify task completion using a combination of:

  1. Automated tracking systems
  2. Manual review processes
  3. Third-party verification (where applicable)

Verification may occur immediately or may take additional time depending on the task, partner, or review requirements.

Reward Rejection

A reward may be rejected if:

  1. Task instructions were not fully completed
  2. Required steps were skipped or altered
  3. Submitted proof is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable
  4. Suspicious, abusive, or automated activity is detected
  5. Task eligibility requirements were not met

Rejected tasks do not receive rewards.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  1. Use of bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or modified devices
  2. Creation or use of multiple accounts to claim rewards
  3. Submission of fraudulent, altered, reused, or misleading proof
  4. Exploiting errors, loopholes, or system vulnerabilities
  5. Interfering with verification systems or reward tracking

Consequences of Violations

If prohibited behavior is detected, we may take one or more actions, including:

  1. Denial or reversal of rewards
  2. Deduction of previously credited rewards
  3. Temporary account suspension
  4. Permanent account termination

Enforcement actions are determined at our discretion and may occur without prior notice.

Appeals Process

If you believe a reward was incorrectly rejected, you may submit an appeal by contacting support@rewardwalrus.com and including:

  1. Your account identifier or email
  2. The task name or ID
  3. Relevant proof or documentation

Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal or reward approval.

No Employment or Guaranteed Compensation

Participation in Tasks:

  1. Is voluntary
  2. Does not create an employment, contractor, or agency relationship
  3. Does not guarantee compensation, income, or rewards

Rewards are virtual, promotional in nature, and subject to verification and availability.

Policy Updates

We may update this Reward Task Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above. Continued participation in Tasks constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
