These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Reward Walrus (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the mobile application, website, and all related services, features, content, and rewards systems (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and all referenced policies, including our Privacy Policy, Virtual Currency (Coins) Policy, and Reward Task Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in prohibited activity.
Nature of the Service (Rewards & Earnings)
Reward Walrus is a get-paid-to rewards platform that allows users to earn virtual points, credits, or rewards by completing activities such as offers, surveys, referrals, streaks, or promotions.
No Financial or Tax Advice
The Service does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether rewards, earnings, or redemptions are subject to reporting or taxation under applicable laws.
Rewards and earnings:
- Are not wages, salaries, or employment compensation
- Do not create an employer-employee relationship
- May have no cash value unless explicitly stated
- Are subject to availability, verification, adjustment, or removal
We reserve the right to modify, delay, deny, reverse, or cancel rewards if we detect fraud, abuse, system error, or violation of policies. Offers, surveys, and reward opportunities may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice.
All reward decisions made by Reward Walrus are final unless otherwise required by law.
Virtual Currency and Points
The Service may include virtual currency, points, or tokens (“Virtual Currency”).
Virtual Currency:
- Has no real-world monetary value
- Is non-transferable
- Cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged outside the Service
- May expire, be modified, or discontinued at any time
Virtual Currency does not constitute property, stored value, or a bank account balance, and is not insured by any government agency.
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Engage in fraud, abuse, automation, or manipulation of rewards
- Use bots, scripts, VPNs, emulators, or exploits to gain unfair advantage
- Create multiple accounts to bypass limits
- Post or submit illegal, infringing, hateful, pornographic, or political content
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
Violations may result in suspension, forfeiture of rewards, or permanent account termination without notice.
Referrals, Promotions, and Contests
Referral programs, leaderboards, promotions, and contests are subject to additional rules and eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time, including withholding prizes if abuse or manipulation is detected.
Odds of winning any contest depend on participation and performance, not chance, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, software, and features of the Service are owned by Reward Walrus or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Service.
Third-Party Services
The Service may include offers, surveys, or content provided by third-party partners. We are not responsible for third-party actions, availability, accuracy, or fulfillment.
Participation in third-party offers is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, rewards, earnings, or uninterrupted access.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or free from interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reward Walrus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the preceding twelve months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reward Walrus, its owners, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
Account Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including forfeiture of rewards, if these Terms are violated.
Termination does not affect provisions intended to survive, including limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law.
Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law shall survive termination.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in the State of Tennessee under applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
