Effective Date: January 13, 2026
This Virtual Currency Policy explains how Coins function within Reward Walrus (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy supplements our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Reward Task Policy and applies to all users of the Service.
By earning, using, or redeeming Coins, you agree to this policy.
Overview
Reward Walrus uses Coins as a virtual reward currency that users may earn by completing eligible tasks, offers, referrals, streaks, or promotional activities within the Service.
Coins are virtual, promotional rewards and are not legal tender, currency, or stored value.
Earning Coins
Users may earn Coins by:
- Completing tasks or offers according to their stated requirements
- Successfully passing automated and/or manual verification
- Complying with all applicable policies and eligibility rules
Coins are credited only after verification and are not guaranteed.
Using and Redeeming Coins
Coins may be:
- Used or redeemed only within the Service
- Redeemed only for rewards or options explicitly offered by Reward Walrus
Coins:
- Have no real-world monetary value
- Are not transferable between users
- Cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or exchanged outside the Service
- Do not represent cash, property, or a bank account balance
Redemption options, rates, and availability may change at any time. Some redemption options may include third-party services such as PayPal or digital gift cards; these redemptions are processed externally and do not represent wages, income, or guaranteed compensation.
No Cash Value / No Ownership Rights
Coins:
- Do not constitute property
- Do not confer ownership rights
- Are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Are provided for promotional and entertainment purposes only
Coins are not insured or backed by any government entity.
Validity and Expiration
Coins do not expire solely due to the passage of time unless otherwise stated, but may be removed or adjusted under the conditions described below.
Coins may:
- Expire after a period of inactivity
- Be removed if earned through error, fraud, or policy violations
- Be adjusted due to system corrections or task reversals
Reward Walrus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Coins or related features at any time.
Reward Activation and Expiration
Once a reward has been issued or made available to a user, it must be activated or claimed within sixty (60) days.
Activation may include, but is not limited to:
- Redeeming a code provided within the Service, or
- Claiming a reward through a link delivered via email or other approved communication method.
If a reward is not activated within the sixty (60) day period, the reward will expire and become void. Expired rewards cannot be reissued, reinstated, or replaced for any reason.
We are not responsible for rewards that expire due to failure to activate within the applicable redemption period.
Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or modified devices
- Creating multiple accounts to earn or redeem Coins
- Exploiting errors, loopholes, or system vulnerabilities
- Submitting fraudulent, altered, or reused proof
If fraud or abuse is detected, we may:
- Deny or reverse Coin credits
- Deduct Coins from your balance
- Suspend or permanently terminate your account
Final Authority
All verification, approval, adjustment, and redemption decisions related to Coins are made at the sole discretion of Reward Walrus.
Decisions regarding fraud, misuse, eligibility, or suspicious activity are final, except where otherwise required by law.
Policy Changes
We may update this Virtual Currency Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of Coins after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
